Clearing & Fining
Your wine may look clear but is it really? Whether it's clear or cloudy, we recommend adding a fining agent to help clear up any suspend yeast/particles that may be suspended in your wine. Once your fining agent is added, you will most likely notice some sediment in the bottom of your fermenting vessel. This sediment was floating in your wine. If you do not clear your wine properly, you will have off flavors.
